Research activity of the Electronics Laboratory in the field of optoelectronic, semiconductor devices and their applications.
Specific research areas include
– Color detection with an a-Si:H p-i-n photodiode
– Characterization of a-Si:H p-i-n solar cells and photodiodes
– Study of the defect density of states in the intrinsic layer of a-Si:H – based photodiodes and solar cells.
– a-si:H p-i-n photodiode as optical biosensor.
50 square meters of laboratory space are available for the students’ laboratory exercises.
