On Monday, October 26, 2026, first-year graduate students of the Naval Architecture Study Programme took part in a field trip to IHC Engineering Croatia d.o.o. as part of the course Introduction to Marine Vessels.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into professional practice and learn about the daily engineering challenges and technologies used in the industry.
This visit is the first in a series of planned field trips that will introduce naval architecture students to the leading companies in the shipbuilding and maritime sectors in the Rijeka area.
