The project aims to optimize support workflows, minimize customer hold time, and elevate the overall customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The young innovator explains that the idea came from recognizing the challenges agents face &#8211; especially when they quickly need to find answers buried deep within massive amounts of documentation. <em>Software Whispr<\/em> steps in as a digital assistant, making the daily work much easier for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project has also been submitted to the Student Digi Award 2026, a national competition in Croatia that recognizes the most promising young digital innovators.
