Specific research areas include<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Color detection with an a-Si:H p-i-n photodiode<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Characterization of a-Si:H p-i-n solar cells and photodiodes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Study of the defect density of states in the intrinsic layer of a-Si:H – based photodiodes and solar cells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– a-si:H p-i-n photodiode as optical biosensor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

50 square meters of laboratory space are available for the students’ laboratory exercises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
