Led by Assoc. Prof. Marko Perčić, Postdoc. Petar Gljušćić, and Postdoc. Matej Gljušćić the students visited the Ruđer Bošković Institute (the Laboratory for Ion Beam Interactions and the Laboratory for Optics and Optical Thin Films) and the Institute of Physics (the Center for Advanced Laser Techniques). During the visit, they gained hands-on insight into thin-film deposition and characterization technologies, the use of ion beams for material characterization, and advanced laser technologies utilized in nanostructure synthesis.

We would like to express our gratitude to the scientists at both institutes for their hospitality, kindness, and for sharing their valuable knowledge with our students.
