Aims
The undergraduate university program in Mechatronics and Robotics provides students with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for further study in the graduate program of Mechatronics and Robotics, as well as the competencies and skills required for employment in the industry. The program will enable students to acquire knowledge of programming languages such as Python and C, become familiar with technologies like 3D modeling, scanning, and printing, and develop a foundation for the design and development of mechatronic and robotic systems. Additionally, they will learn to develop control algorithms for driving robots and mechatronic systems according to the specific requirements of devices or processes. In the later years of the program, students will engage in topics such as robotic manipulators, mobile and industrial robots.
The program aims to equip students with the ability to apply fundamental and specialized knowledge in engineering, solve practical problems, apply knowledge from engineering, mathematics, and computing, use modern engineering tools, and develop skills in teamwork, effective communication, ethics, and ethical responsibility. Students will also develop an awareness of the impact of engineering solutions on society and the environment.
